Crispy Hake Fingers



CRISPY HAKE FINGERS


 Ingredients


4 Hake fillets

¼ cup flour

⅓ cup crushed cornflakes

Italian spice

Cayenne pepper

Black pepper

Salt to taste

1 egg beaten


To make the Breading


In a bowl mix the flour, cornflakes, cayenne pepper, black pepper, Italian spice and salt together.


Instructions


1 heat oil in pan

2 Cut the fish in half lengthwise, then half each of the two pieces.

3 Dip each piece in the beaten egg, then coat with the breading, then fry until golden brown and cooked.

4 repeat step 3 until all the pieces are fried.

Enjoy it in a dish of your choice or just a dip.


Tip

These Hake fingers work well in sandwiches.
