Mango Salsa |
Ingredients
1/2 half ripe mango diced(large)
1/2 tomato diced
1/2 red onion diced
1/2 white onion diced
1 Tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon thyme ( or fresh chopped parsley)
Method
1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients together.
2. Add all the seasoning and spice.
3. Add vinegar
4. For more flavour, store in an airtight container overnight then serve.
Notes
This salsa can be used in a variety of dishes, from your sandwiches, as a side, as a salad, you name them. It is fresh and satisfying, you can enjoy it as it is or with a dash of salad dressing on top.
