Banana Oats cookies
Ingredients
1 cup oats
2 ripe bananas
Dark chocolate chunks
Method
1. In a bowl mash the bananas.
2. Add oat and mix well.
3. Divide the mixture into 9 portions, flatten them and arrange in a lined baking tray.
4. Bake for 15 minutes in a 180 degrees preheated oven.
5. Add the chocolate topping and allow to cool then store at room temperature.
Topping
Melt the chocolate and drizzle on top.
Notes
These cookies are ideal for breakfast or as an energy snack;also best for lunch box. Best served warm.
