Roast Potatoe Wedges

 

ROAST POTATOE WEDGES


Ingredients

10 medium potatoes( peeled and cut into wedges)

15 ml Chicken spice

2 Tablespoon oil for coating

1 teaspoon garlic and herbs spice

salt for seasoning


Method

Firstly wash the potatoes and pat them dry.

1. Preheat oven at 200 degrees celsius

2. In a bowl put in the peeled potatoes

3. Pour in the chicken spice and garlic spice, then add the salt as you may need it(remember chicken spice is already salty)

4. Coat with the oil

5. Transfer to a baking tray and bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown depending on your oven specifications.

6. Serve warm with a sauce of your choice.
